The procedures and steps to take in order to post your property in our website are the following.
In order to post your property online, you will need register as a user by filling in the form.
By registering for the first time, you will receive one complimentary point.
Each point will enable you to post your property on our website for a period extending over 90 days.
Five days before the 90 days are over we will send you a notification reminding you that your property will be dropped if not renewed.
In case you want to repost your property on our website you will have to purchase additional points at a fee.
Payment can be made online by means of a valid credit card.
Payments for two points or more can be done through door to door cash collect.
With our fidelity program, the more points you buy the more you are eligible to get discounts and special offers on new listing.
After payment is done, you will get an empty listing page that you will fill with all relevant information pertaining to the property you wish to sell or rent. You can upload pictures of the property as well as add any personal contact information that would enable buyers to contact you directly without passing through real estate brokers and paying any brokerage fees.
In case you are unable to take pictures of your property, we will send an agent to your site and he/she will gather all the necessary information and data and will post the listing for you at the cost of one extra point.
