| Q.in case I don’t have a credit card what alternative payments are there? |
Our agents are always ready to go to your location no matter where and collect the money, of course a small fee will be included. Another alternative form of payment is the western union in case you are abroad or maybe even in Lebanon.

| Q.if I don’t know the worth of my property what’s the procedure to take? |
Our agent will visit the property free of charge; he/she will inspect and calculate the estimation cost of the property.

| Q.if I need to travel how can you guarantee full safety for my property and belongings? |
In this case we have the key holding service. We send an investigator with you to the property to set up a list of every existing item and its value. Both parties will sign on that list and to its belongings. In case any extremely valuable items exist we will lock them in a safe room until you return. That will ensure that when you return everything will be safe and unaltered with. We take full responsibility for lost items or damaged items.

| Q.if I am abroad and I want to buy a house in Lebanon how will we stay in contact? |
Our email is checked and in service on a daily bases and throughout the day. We have a specific team of staff members who take care of these services. Another possibility is staying in contact through phone calls if needed.

Q.in case I am not satisfied with the services offered what will be the outcome? |
We can guarantee you from now 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, your case will be reported to the director. The director will take the right measures to satisfy you and to ensure that such problem will never be repeated.

| Q.if I do not have a car in Lebanon, will you offer transportation to the location and back? |
We offer you transportation from the airport to the location. We even have a car rental service, where we rent you a car for your whole stay in Lebanon. These services are ready for you at anytime. Another service is the hotel booking. Incase your property is not ready yet by the time you arrive, we book you a hotel room until you can move to your property. When it is time for you to return back, we offer transportation from location to airport as well.

| Q.if I rent out my apartment while I’m abroad, do you do follow ups? |
Our services include property follow ups and bill follow ups. The property follow ups ensure that your property will be visited by our agent once a week. An evaluation will be made weekly of all the current feedback and will be sent to you immediately. We will make sure the property is ready for the next rental client or ready for your return. Bill follow ups, include us receiving your bills for you and notifying you about them. In case you want us to conduct the payment for you, we can arrange that as well.
