We live in New York, and we started working with Property Pro this winter as we were refinishing the hardwood floors in our beach home in Lebanon. They helped recommended certain contractors and handled all the furniture moving, the supervision of the works, and the workers. It was such a relief to know that the work is being done in Beirut, while we are sitting thousands of miles away. Since then we have worked with Property Pro Real Estate & Services on renovating the whole Chalet, they coordinated the painters and all repairmen and it has been so easy relying on them. They are friendly, helpful and responsive and have great contractors. with the purchase of our new beach house in August, came the need for furniture which we bought from various galleries over a period of several months. This caused multiple deliveries and since we live an hour away, it required too many last minute one hour trips in traffic which we just couldn't make. When we bought the house, through PropertyPro we were given some information on their services. We decided to hire them to act on our behalf on receiving deliveries. It's the best decision we could have made! All the people at Property Pro Real Estate & Services have been extremely helpful in receiving those deliveries, even to the point of locating someone with a forklift to get a dresser onto the top floor which was too heavy to carry up the stairs. Their willingness to go the extra mile, combined with their extensive contacts can pretty much get any job done. Thanks again for everything you have done!

My friend introduced me to Property pro Real Estate and Services. They told us that Property Pro would take care of our house and its errands when we travelled to Canada where my husband works as a financial advisor. We always had the problem of coming to a dirty house that has no electricity and television service due to our absence for a number of months, and our inability to settle the monthly charges, and my husband had to waste a week of vacation time to settle these issues. With PropertyPro our worries are over, we gave them our keys in September, and they took care of our home and its contents until we returned in June. The house was clean, the bills were paid, the A.C.'s were running, and the company changed our locks the day we arrived and gave us back a fresh set of keys to our house. I am an Australian consultant for a Plastic company, and it was my second visit to Beirut. On my first visit my company had found me housing that was not to my satisfaction, and I had been introduced to PropertyPro as a real estate agency that could find me an alternative place for my company to rent for me. Prior to my second visit, I contacted PropertyPro from Melbourne, and told them that I had been coming and that I needed to rent a place for a month. I ended up contacting Property Pro Real Estate and Services because I decided to travel and I wanted to rent out my apt. I didn't have enough time to wait for a potential client so Property Pro suggested I leave everything to them and that they would take care of everything. A week later they call me telling me that everything had been settled and that they found a client who wanted to rent out my apt and that they would be sending me the contract soon. There was no way I would have been able to handle all that on my own especially since I have no real experience in rent law, and what I should legally expect from the new tenants.
